All sales final — restorations are irreversible processes. Anaheim Card Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage that becomes more visible after cleaning. Cards with severe damage (heavy creases, water damage, chemical stains) will be assessed before treatment — we will contact you if a card cannot be safely restored. By submitting a booking, you confirm you own the cards and accept these terms.

Every order follows the same clean process from booking to pickup.

Book Online
Fill out the booking form with your card details, select your service tier, and choose any add-ons. You'll receive an ACC reference number immediately — no waiting for confirmation emails. Mail-in customers should wait for booking confirmation before shipping.

Drop Off or Mail In
KW locals can drop off in Kitchener-Waterloo at an agreed time — contact us after booking to arrange. Canada-wide customers ship to us using the provided address. Insured shipping is strongly recommended; add insured return shipping in your booking and we'll handle the rest.

Restoration
Each card is assessed individually before treatment begins. We use professional-grade tools across every tier — no shortcuts. If a card has pre-existing damage that may be affected by treatment, we'll contact you before proceeding. Before/after photo sets available as an add-on.

Pick Up or Ship Back
Cards are returned sleeved and top-loaded, ready for grading or long-term storage. Local pickups are arranged at your convenience. Mail-in returns are shipped tracked and insured if you selected that add-on. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days; 24hr rush available.

Proper cleaning and restoration can improve surface grades by removing light scratches, fingerprints, and micro-debris that graders flag. However, grading results are never guaranteed — graders assess cards independently. Our Grade Bundle tier includes a written assessment so you know what to expect before submission.
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Lorcana, and most other major TCGs. Sports cards (NHL, NBA, etc.) are also accepted. If you have something unusual, email us before booking.
Heavy creases and water damage are assessed case-by-case. Some improvement is possible for light-to-moderate cases, but severe damage (deep folds, ink lifting, delamination) may be beyond restoration. We will always contact you before treating a card that may not respond well, rather than risk further damage.
Book online first and wait for email confirmation — this includes the shipping address. Pack your cards securely in toploaders and a bubble mailer. We strongly recommend insured shipping both ways. Add our insured return shipping add-on at checkout and we'll handle the return leg. Payment is collected before cards are returned.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from drop-off or receipt of mail-in. Rush 24hr turnaround is available as an add-on for an extra $8/card — this guarantees same/next day completion. Larger lots (20+ cards) may require an extra business day.
We handle every card with professional care and tools. For high-value cards, we recommend discussing coverage before drop-off. For mail-in, insured shipping on both legs is strongly recommended. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage that occurs in transit.
